RIBA Presents: Harry Rich (CEO, RIBA), Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership And You? 

Localism presents both challenges and opportunities for all professions involved in the built environment. The Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is a locally owned partnership between local authorities and businesses to play a central role in determining local economic priorities and undertaking activities to drive economic growth and the creation of local jobs across Dorset.

Local architect and Dorset LEP Board member Terence O'Rourke and fellow Board member and local RICS Fellow Philip Warr will present the Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership in this unique opportunity to hear about the vision - and how architects in Dorset could be part of that vision.

First up, Chief Executive of the RIBA Harry Rich will talk about the RIBA vision for the next 4 years, and offer local members the opportunity to have a frank discussion on the RIBA in Dorset, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. 

Chaired by RIBA Dorset Committee member Adam Covell of Edwards Covell Architects, Poole this is a unique, must-go opportunity to engage with and understand how you could play a role in the work of the LEP and the opportunities it could offer. Questions and discussion will follow the presentations at this new event from the RIBA in Dorset.
